It’s been a long time in the making, but the new coastpx.uk website was launched today! It brings a clean modern design which gives us more flexibility for adding new sections, and re-arranging page content. We’ve also ‘re-mastered’ all of our images, and have a tight integration with Twitter so that we can show our favourite people and promote their best images. We’ve now got a ‘mini-directory’ which is Twitter based so that we can quickly list useful websites on our ‘Town’ level pages based on our Twitter Follower lists. Hope you like the new look and functionality, and we will be adding more content in the new few weeks to all of our ‘County’ and ‘Town’ pages.
It’s been a while since the website and blog were last updated, it was set up as a ‘hobby website’ to display coastal photos I’d accumulated over the years and so the website has taken a sideline in the past year due to work demands. I’ve put some time aside now though and am actively developing a new version of the website with a more modern appearance, support for mobile devices, and greater integration of social media. Hoping to have it ready in the next couple of weeks!
