The UK Shore website and it's contents are protected by International Copyright laws. It is prohibited to reproduce UK Shore website text and images on other websites or media without prior consent from UK Shore. We can (and do) trace copyright infringement using a number of online tools.

If we find that our copyright is infringed we can take the following action:

  1. If you use Google Adsense advertising, then we will inform them of the infringement. This may lead to your Adsense advertising account being closed.
  2. We can use the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to inform Google, Yahoo and other search engines of the infringement. This may lead to your website being removed from the search engine rankings.
  3. We can inform your Internet Service Provider (ISP). This may lead to your hosting account being closed.
  4. We can take legal action to enforce removal of our copyrighted material.
